Elements such as weather, budget and materials can all change how the project will progress. We always recommend creating a budget from the beginning, not only will this help us to build your dream home within the budget, but it means you’re covered if unexpected costs arise.
Get to know your Builder and professionals they work with

This includes getting to know other professionals such as engineers, building designers, certifiers and surveyors if required.
