Here’s a little about this stunning Holland Park Renovation that we completed:

 

This astounding kitchen and living area transformation were completed in 4 weeks. Contrasting the before and after photos of this project is is hard to believe that such a transformation could occur in only one month! Nevertheless, flawless and timely renovations is what Morbuild specialises in.

 

You can see this kitchen was full of yellowing cabinetry, not helped by the limited yellow lighting which also accentuated many of the dark corners. Giving the overall impression of a dark and cramped kitchen with limited workspace. The use of so many different mediums also made the kitchen look a little mismatched. And the looming pantry separated the kitchen from the living area.

 

You can see that Morbuild’s finished result couldn’t be further from the starting point. The kitchen and living areas have essentially been switched. Now the sinks and workspace are nestled against the windows, making use of the plethora of natural light. All the walls are now a delicate off-white to bounce the daylight around the room, making it feel airy and spacious. And the rooms are now lit with functional and stylish down-lights.

 

Speaking of the wall, there is now one less! The wall separating the kitchen and living space has been removed. In its place, distinguishing the boundary between kitchen and living areas is a tasteful and useable breakfast bar. Both kitchen and living areas are still separate, without losing the luxurious open-plan feel that Brisbane homeowners are craving.
